RETURN/EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

 

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for items that are still in their original condition. To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

 - Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

 - Be in its original packaging, including tags, if applicable.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Returns:
Returns are accepted only in cases where there was an error on our end (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product). To initiate a return, please:

 - Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

 - Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

 - Products that have been used or altered.

 - Gift cards.

 - Sale items (unless otherwise stated).

 

Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure the following:

 - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

 - Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Signature Confirmation
All packages require signature confirmation at the time of delivery. This ensures that your order is securely delivered and received by you.

 

International Shipping

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure that you provide a valid physical address during checkout.

 

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
